The marking of a new year gives us an opportunity to stop, reflect, and plant seeds for what is to come. It’s a time to explore what really matters to us. Such reflections can support us to step courageously into unknown territory with heart.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A courageous heart invites us to bring wisdom, love and fierce compassion to the suffering within and around us so that we might access more clarity, meaning and joy in our lives.

As many who have had a broken heart will know, the heart is not diminished through pain but rather breaks open, revealing an infinite capacity to experience life in all its colours. Leaning into the heart can offer solid holding and trust in our capacities.

These times are calling for a revolution from the heart. A fierce prayer in the name of joy, peace and love. Gathering in community to share vulnerably and bravely offers a re-membering of our collective potential and the importance of community.

Together through this workshop we will listen to our hearts and connect to what really matters to us. We will courageously call forth our gifts, trusting that every ripple makes a difference, knowing that we do not have to do it alone, and surrendering into the great mystery.

We will explore how opening up to emotions, practicing respectful communication, leaning into embodied practices, and being in circle can support us to move beyond apathy, despair and isolation. We will humbly recognise that it is not up to us to 'save the world' or to take such a burden onto our individual shoulders.
